Sales & Customer Service

Emma joined the team in 2009 and brought with her 15 years experience with blue chip retailers. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children.

Andrew
Director

Andrew founded the company in 2004. His focus now is business and product development, as well as managing our suppliers.

Sarah
Director

From the early days, Sarah has been involved in many aspects of the business. When not looking after their two children, Lucy & James, Sarah's focus is the financial side of the business.

Jonny
Customer Service and Digital Marketing

Jonny's main focus is Digital Marketing, but also helps out in the sales office.  Currently studying for his Level 4 in Digital Marketing.

Hatty and Toby

Hatty and Toby are the company pets and always give customers a happy welcome.

Tracy
Accounts

Tracy started with PHS in November 2015.  When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family on their family farm.

Lucy
Office Junior

On Saturday and Holidays Lucy is often in the sales office & showroom and helps process orders and often entertains younger visitors in the showroom.

Ken
Customer Service

After retiring from working in senior management in manufacturing industry, Ken works in the sales office when required.
